Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) means Universal Life Energy in Japanese. “Rei” refers to the Universal Soul or Spirit and “Ki” refers to Vital Energy. It is a natural, safe and effective hands-on or hands-off healing technique that helps restore equilibrium to the body’s energy centres (Chakras). When these energy centres are operating in balance, the body’s ability to self-heal becomes restored. When these energy centres are un-balanced, our immune system may become stressed, resulting in dis-ease.

By keeping our energy field active, restored, and balanced we can achieve renewed health and a greater sense of well being.

Energy Healing comes in many different forms and modalities. As a Holistic Practitioner, I have chosen to study and practice Usui Reiki as my main modality for you and your pet. I do also concentrate on the balancing of the Chakras, and have found great results with Far Infrared Heat Therapy. Most alternative therapies/modalities concentrate on the balancing of energy within yourself, and/or your pet. The body, mind and spirit have an innate ability to self heal, and only require the practitioner to have the permission of the recipient so they may channel the Reiki energy, with love and only the best of intentions.
